What do y'all believe in? Three things: 1) Creating exceptional lifestyle products that are made well, made right, and come with a reminder: someone's always with you, for you. 2) Being a company that sees the need in the world, and would respond with action saying, "We're with you, and for you." 3) There is infinite power, grace and freedom in knowing you are fully loved just the way you are because the God of the universe is with you, and for you.
What is your business model? We give 10% of everything we make back to our featured nonprofit partners. We chose that number/percentage, specifically, because it's what God asks of us individually or as a family unit. We believe, a company should operate the same way - this model allows us to grow in a sustainable way, while also providing for others and having a significant impact for the kingdom. It doesn't hurt that it's incredibly simple and transparent either.

Is Kintigo a Nonprofit? We are not. When creating the company and casting the original vision, we felt as though there were already enough Nonprofits in the world doing incredible work. Our goal is to support and empower our partner team in a sustainable, creative and genuine way.
How do I work for Kintigo? At this time, we do not have any available positions.
How soon will I receive my order? We ship orders out within 3 business days from being made. Once shipped, you should have your order in 5-7 business day USA & Canada, and give or take two weeks International.
When will I know my order has been shipped? You'll receive an email notification when your order first hits the mail stream.
Do you offer international shipping? Indeed!
Where and how are your products made? Our products are made in the USA and abroad. We seek the best small-batch manufacturers all over world to produce high-quality gear while treating their employees well in pay and purpose. We seek valuable partnerships with our makers, like Haiti Design Coop. Many of the brands who claim to be "Made in USA", actually are not - they do shady things like put a patch on a bag or tee that was made elsewhere and then claim USA made. We just encourage you to do your research.
Why does your stuff cost what it does? We believe in paying people a fair wage and having great working conditions, and often, when those values are in-place, it means goods will cost more to make. Our products are not cheap, because people should not be cheap. However, we do our best to offer you the best value for the product, while at the same time creating great jobs for others. When you shop with us, you're providing for many: our company, our nonprofits, the people who made your gear and their families.

What forms of payment do you accept? We offer all major credit cards and forms of payment through an uber secure gateway, Stripe, via Shopify.
Do you off wholesale or bulk pricing? We certainly can, just inquire about your order (see below question).

Do you have a brick and mortar? Not yet. But when we do, it'll blow your mind.
Does Kintigo offer internships? We don't have any openings right now, but you can send us your resume and desirable job for future work.
How do I/my brand work with Kintigo of creative projects or products? We LOVE to work with other brands or designers on specific products or collections. Just give us a shout with your idea to get the process started.
